This is not a dedicated 100mbit line for sure
but how many servers share 100mbit ?
or how much bandwith we can expect to push?

the bandwidth is shared, we can gaurantee 3-5 tb outbound and up to 30 tb inbound, probably much more if necessary
the network is watch for saturation and we'll uphold that, but there is no number of specific number of servers

As for Capped connection,
if anyone sustains over 15mbps(up to 100mbit) for 24 hours solid, we reserve the right to cap their port to a dedicated 10 mbps line for as long as 12 hours. (which to date we actually have never had to act and capp some one). This is in effect in case someone has found a way to seriously abuse the bandwidth they've been given in a way that has a major adverse effect on the other machines in the cabinet. It's very common for these servers to jump up to 100mbps very frequently, and that's perfectly OK. However, if a client has gone and made it possible to steal the vast majority of all bandwidth distributed, we need to take action to preserve the network.
