I helped two teachers register a domain and get hosting through 1UHost (http://www.1uhost.com/). The second account works fine, nice and fast. The first account, mrskramer.com, doesn't. The domain name doesn't resolve to anything and the WHOIS database has no information on it. If their support doesn't get back to us, are we screwed?

When was the domain name registered? The domain appears to be on thair nameservers, just has not propagated.
