I would recommend calling them and ask :) If they answer your email in a timely manner with professional tone, usually it's a good sign.

If the answer is no, I'm sure that you can find a lot of fine hosts in this forum that would help you in your project.

If you are going to pick one of the other i recommend acunett. but do what rey said and see how it goes.
