I want to move my domains from stargateinc.com who to be honest are shockingly bad. I have about 60 domains to move.
What companies have the following:
i) price around, and preferably a bit below $10 per domain
ii) an easy mechanism to move domains
iii) an easy system to manage all your domains online
iv) answer technical support request within 24 hours
v) allow you complete control over nameservers for your domain, ie the creation and altering of ns1.domain.com (unlike stargate).

Hi there,
Try eNom.com. We use them and they offer domain pricing as low as 6.95$ if you "pre-buy" 2000 domains. However, they are still really affordable if you simply by a few.
They allow an "easy-transfer" system which is really good and saves so much time. I would recommend them, everything else you asked for - is there.
Contact me if you want to know more info, i could let you see one of the control panels since you also get free email forwarding and url re-direction with all accounts.

I also recommend enom, I think their pricing may be a bit higher than stargateinc but the control panel is very good, when you create new domains it works, everything works pretty well, so you very rarely have a need for customer service, but they are reasonably fast to respond.
Im pretty sure they allow you to create your own nameservers. Also their automated transfer service is very very good, depending on who you transfer from, the transaction can be done in under a day. It does allow multiple domain names in the transfer box, so the switch would be easy.
I can only speak from my experience with enom, but other people here have good things to say about opensrs as well, so you may want to check them out too.
But I would stay away from those rock bottom dirt cheap places, a domain name is quite important to your business, and not worth the headache of trusting them to a company that doesnt offer reasonable customer service.
