I have been working as a freelance web designer for a while now and I have decided that designing web pages in Photoshop, slicing them up and adding text isn’t enough to attract bigger customers. That’s why I need your help:

I am looking to create a “team” of designers to contribute to a design when a project crops up. Here are the people I am looking for:

* Graphic Designer (that’s me)
* 3D Designer (must have advanced knowledge in creating 3d objects)
* Expert Flash Designer (must be very good – near Template Monster quality)
* PHP Programmer (must be good enough to create solid, secure custom scripts)

After we have completed a design, we will split up all the money into 4 – 25% each.
