Just wanted to share another great customer service story provided by Varhosting. Let's keep the long story stays short.

I sign up for Varhosting only to host my site which consist of many articles I've wrote and gathered just recently. I once used another hosting (which was once great but no more) and move them to Varhosting.

The transfer is hassle free since they took control of everything. And just know when I failed to hot upgrade my Mambo installation via cPanel's fantastico, one of their rep. (Bob!) helped me all the way through on making my site works again just now. I haven't seen any service given by another hosting close to that.

PS: The server does get heavy sometime during the day... probably you guys should consider about that?

support is always friendly and helpfull.
They are very openminded on costumer feedback and they are quite honest about what's going on.

Furthermore since I've been with them they constantly improve the features on the packages
and they've told an european server is on its way. looking forward to that!


in all, great service due to:
- nice features, very good price
- very friendly, helpfull and fast support
- openminded to suggestions to constantly improve servicing
- uptime is good (not bad, not awesome)

ozzie123's server is working fine and he is happy. At the same time macuser's server is having a bad day. Same company, same DC, different servers.

Every server is a different story. Hardware may look the same but it is not, and the most important: since you are sharing space you never know what you neighbor is up to.

Yes , one of those days that all my site monitoring shot email like crazy. Up and down and up and down. But it is not down for more than 10 mins that sort. probably 3-5 mins (for few times)

Over all , biz is still good.... :emlaugh:
