I have produced my own order system for our company, works with CC's and PayPal perfectly fine. The orders work great and instant setup is a breeze. Although, at the moment i am tracking the orders + monthly payments all on paper, well printouts to be exact.

Are there any programs for windows out there that i can use to manage my clients, recurring payments, incoming payments + outgoing payments easily? I dont need this program to be able to charge people or have any intergration with my web servers, just the clients and payment records. I dont want quickbooks, as i find it too overloaded, are there any real simple apps out there?

You might want to try the standard version of FF Billing Manager Pro at http://www.mrtec.com/ProductFeatures.htm. It'll do simple client, invoicing, and payment management. We have used this program in the past and it would suit anyone who doesn't need a billing system integrated with their site. Try out the demo to see if you like it. The retail version is currently $69.00.
