Please give him a bit of time to reply. If you're concerned the email didn't reach him, feel freeto shoot another email just to be sure.

Or, if Matt is going to be down the pub for a while, you could ask the people who have paid for advertising already.

You know, the ads on the top of each page :)

not to bash matt or anything but it seems pretty repetitive that people email matt and he seems to never answer his emails...

If matt thinks so highly of customer service the least he can do is send a 10 word email saying he got their email and will reply when his got time....sorta biting himself in the foot by not answering emails when people take the time to send him a email...hows he expect to make money off new advertisers when he doesnt answer emails...how does he expect to sell WHT (which is prob old news now) if he doesnt answer his emails...i can go on...but I wont..you get the picture
