Search for CyberWings.
They keep changing their plans nearly every day though, so I'm not really sure what they are offering today...

I dont think they have been around long enough for anyone to own a server yet from them since it is a 20month? contract.

Here's another one:
Host2Own (http://www.host2own.net)
Never used 'em, though.

I understand the get it when you are done thing, but it kinda works like rent-a-center or them alike.
If you look, you are paying about $100 more a month for the server to own it in the end, whereas you can just buy the server outright for about $1200 (compared to $2400 over 2 years) and then colocate it in a facility for around $100 or $150 a month on average by search since they are a 1U server.
Something else to think about though, over a 2 year contract, are you really going to want that server in the end? 2 years ago, the RAQ3's were coming out when the RAQ2's were hot. Now the RAQ4's are going to be discontinued by what I am hearing, so it is going to be like owning a 486 in 2 years from now.
Just my thoughts, I think I will shut up and go to bed now. I am just trying to get it through my head how marketing teams come up with stuff like this that sounds really good, but is really not helping the customer at all.......

Take a look at this thread New Dedicated Hosting Provider (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?threadid=38993). Maybe that provider will let you keep the server. It's a real barn burner too :-))

Not finished, but well over the 6 month mark. I don't see us scampering to gather our server and move it when the contract is up though. We'll simply enjoy a cheaper monthly rate on that box.
Generally, they are rock solid, but scheduled maintenance (usually via Level 3) is reported well in advance and minimal. On the few occasions that they have had any downtime, they live up to their uptime guarantee. They're a star performer when it comes to support.
Cheers
