Greetings,
I couldn't find a business development or marketing related email address at your website where I might send a business proposal regarding system administration and esupport outsourcing. Could you provide me an email address of a marketing or executive staff with whom I may discuss the proposal or alternatively forward this message to a responsible person. Thank you in advance.
Best wishes,
Michael

Hi Jason,
I am sorry that my message has confused you. Actually I had in my mind to offer your company our own tech and customer support services, but now I see that you have more than enough personnel in-house. Anyway, if are interested in low cost and professional services of this kind I will be happy to discuss with you.
Best regards,
Michael
I won't name the company, because then their spam might pay off. So this post is probably of no use to you. :(

What price range are you looking at?

It is hard to tell the price because i am yet to find a company that offers this reasonably.
I am looking to take the pressure off our techs during the overnight hours so all i really want is monitoring during those hours, no real support issues need to be handled by the outsourcing. Just monitoring and ifsomething like apache failed, then just to go in and restart it or something around those lines...

How are your experiences with outsourced support? I mean, everyone's system is so unique and different. do they ever mess up?
