There have been lots of glowing reviews of Idologic here but let me add my two cents, for whatever it's worth.
I was looking to add very small hosting services to my web design company and after searching through these forums for awhile, I settled on Idologic. Towards the end of 2004, they were running a special on their basic cpanel reseller account for $10/mo, which normally goes for $15/mo. That includes 1GB space and 10GB bandwidth.
Idologic_dh has been extremely responsive and helpful during my short time with them. He moved my entire site over from another cpanel host to Idologic. I even asked him to redo the cpanel transfer because I was changing some domains and addon domains around and needed a CMS I use to be installed in the addon domain directory, which he took care of promptly.
I asked him if he had a terms of service I could use for my hosting services and he provided one in 10 minutes. Another time I was testing out various php mail scripts and asked him if he had any suggestions. He emailed me again in 10 minutes with a pointer to another script and helped me get it going.
I have submitted probably 10 help tickets -- they were all asking for help with one thing or another, they were not downtime related or anything like that -- and the absolute longest I had to wait was maybe 2 hours. Most were answered within 10-15 minutes.
The uptime has been fantastic -- my particular server had 99.991% uptime in January, 100% in Feb., and 99.934% so far in March. Never any issues whatsoever.
I can't say enough about how friendly these guys are and how incredibly helpful they have been to me. i would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone.
