Is there a way to do checks on CC order before actually sending it to CC processor?
I mean not manually, but automatically from script.
Is there a free service/ low cost service offering phone/name/address check?
I'm going to use 2checkout.com and I wonder if all this is possible.
I know that most of you do your checks manually, but this is not an option for me, because I don't have real merchant account.
What will be the best solution for me?

We use echo-inc and it offers a credit authorization to check the credit card status to avoid fraudulent. I'm not sure about 2checkout, but I couldn't imagine why they wouldn't support it? Do you have their manual?

I'm not taling about checks that CC processor do.
My question was about the usual checks that hosts do, like - lookup phone and find out if the person is the same, check IP address - users country ...
I need to know what is the best I can do to avoid fraud myself before actually to send CC order to the CC processor.
