Does 2CO provides merchant accounts?
Or in other way, does it allow a website to process CC, without going to its website, by any means????

I intend to establish the account from France and I think Authorize.net and many others are restricted to US, so that I'm looking for alternatives!!!!

2CO is a third party processor.

Quoted from their site

It is important to the credit card associations that the relationship between vendors and 2CO is not misrepresented. Vendors should represent 2CO as an authorized retailer or out-sourced vendor solution, not as a "credit card processor" or "payment gateway." Vendors do have artistic license to incorporate this depiction into the context of their site provided they do not misrepresent the relationship.

Trying out WorldPay, they are extremely expensive!! Hope everything will go well with them. From what I understand they give you TRUE MERCHANT ACCOUNT. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I do not think WorldPay provides a merchant account, though. WorldPay operates like 2CO. :)
Sure WorldPay will process internationally, but if we get back to the question: .... does it allow a website to process CC, without going to its website, by any means????

Then the answer is no

World Pay is also a third party processor, however they might be offering direct accounts now. You might want to email them to find out.

Paysystems has a very bad reputation right now - with all the problems they causes thousands of merchants. I do not think he would want to even consider them

Be carefull to suggest something if you dont have made a background check. ;)

It will be very helpfull if you could tell how much monthly volume you estimate to do.

Worldpay would be a good option.

PaySystems? oh.. NO. You should go with a full-merchant and use your own ssl, gateway and stuff since on your original post that you do not want to drive your clients to their site. Please correct me if I am wrong. :)

You can contact trinitron or/and coreybryant to discuss and focus with what you need. Both of them are very helpful members here. :) Please refer to their sigs.

I believe they have always been issuing Merchant IDs to their merchants, even though their system works very much like a typical 3rd party processor.
