I just leased a server from SM. Can I upgrade to TP's P2800. What is the charge for the upgrade, if any?

Can anyone confirm that this offer is still running? I was going to order a P4 from them today but only if the zero setup still applied.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to visit their site because the entire ServerMatrix/The Planet network has been down for the last 8 hours!

I guess sh*t happens, but I am still willing to get the server if the offer is still on, can anyone confirm that it is/isn't?
