I have a cpanel based server and i have unchecked anonymous ftp in each virtual sites' cpanel ftp area but i have had attack alerts listing people anonymously ftp'ing into my server's main server name site

how does one actually disable the anonymous ftp for the virtual site setup to be the cpanel server's servername ?

i'd like to also ban the ips logged in the attack log from my entire server..

the following are recent attacker's logged from:

everything with FTP is controled mainly though the proftpd.conf file, can you yourself confirm that you can connect to anon. ftp to your server?
