Opensrs from what I remember, you need to print out their application form and fax over. Also send them the 1st deposit I think it is US$250. It can't be done totally online.

what do you mean you cant contact them offline?

Cant you just send them an email?

I think there are a few agreements which need to be faxed as well as an application fee.
