This company just gets worst as it evolves.
I have been with these people on and off for a few years at least and now I think they have finally FORCED me out.
The upgrade to V2 is HELL. (be scared ...be very scared).
2 areas of NON help from the people that say they want to be my best ecommerce partner I have ever had :) What a joke that is.
1. Bank Details. I went through hell 2 years ago getting routing codes and stuff to make this system work. Now...they have all my details in version 1 but tell me they won't transfere it to version 2. Of course...you ccan't actually see half the details in version 1 as this is 2CO afterall. So...the only way I have of getting this information again is to jump through these hoops again to get the information again.
NOT GOOD 2CO. 0 out of 10 for planning and support
2. Product set-up. I just use links on my site. Not too many but I have about 10 set up. They don't transfer your products to the new system either. That means follow their almost impossible to understand migration or reset them all up manually.

These hoops they expect me to jump through with no support are enough to make me open up with worldpay. I have been putting that off because of the work involved but now 2CO have given me the motivation by putting BRICKWALLS in my face.
For a company that wants to be my best ecommerce partner I have ever had.....you have failed miserably.
So...those that are waiting to upgrade. Don't expect any support because you will not get any.
Start looking at alternatives NOW as well because you only get 2 weeks to perform their almost impossible tasks.
