Well, I don't know what to say! We are "bursting at our seems", if you don't understand what it means, we are growing and growing! What we all wanted and hoped for, and we are finally get it. In the past of the forums, we have had many many good landmarks, the first post, the first reply, our 50th member. But this is by far the best landmark yet! With this new landmark, will bring changes. Don't worry it'll be all good! It will provide newcomers with a sense of security and trustworthiness and give the existing active members and/or new members, a chance to "have fun" and learn many new things! What is life without learning new things and making mistakes?
What is going on
Well, I want to keep everything nice and sealed tight! I don't want everyone finding out about our plans yet... However, I can provide much more information through personal contact and not via this post, so feel free to contact me! With the new landmark, will bring a new forum, and a new "team".
We are needing The Manager of the new team! While it would be nice for us, and the entire community to have an active member, that has been here for a very long time, we know this may not be the case, and we will try to help you even if you are new. Since there isn't many people who can do this job.
I forgot, and please note. That you will be the head of this team, Vidster and I will help in any way we can but we will have limited time on this. You only work under us as a forum but as far as the team goes it's yours! So you have the satisfaction of knowing that you have a team of professional techs!
Duties
While we will try to take many duties we simply cannot. This job will take a lot of your time, and as more and more members apply, we will have more help and thus taking more of your time. But don't feel obligated to spend 24/7 in the forums, just whenever you can, though we require it every day unless you have a prior engagement (vacation, work etc). The requirement is that you must be an "expert" or at "expert level" in the HJT field. You must be experienced and know what you are doing, without it, you cannot reply. I do not suggest reading a tutorial then applying, you will not get accepted. You must have worked with HJT logs in the past, and no great level of knowledge. I cannot provide anymore information about your duties, without a personal contact. So please do if you meet the only requirement and would like to help out.
What you get
If you have not noticed yet, the forum is all volunteer work so you will not get paid. We in return, promise never to have banner ads on the forums! Ever! No matter how busy we get unless we become under new management, or something along those lines, then it is out of our jurisdiction. But we will still try to thank you for taking your time to help our community. You will receive the only custom title of Manager (with more information), and will be a moderator in your forums. You also have a great chance of being a Super Moderator (moderates all forums) and even a chance at being Administrator. You will have a higher authority over the other applicants when that time comes. If you require any help or items please let me know, and we're see what we can do.
As stated previous times, I cannot provide anymore information then this publicly...yet so please contact for more information and I will be more then glad to!
