I have several diffrent hosting accounts and I have also been with Myriad Networks for over 6 months now.

Switching the accounts from HostGator was very easy, mostly because Myriad did it all for me .

Had some issues with the fowards not updating but once that got fixed everything went smooth.

The support time varies but you always get a response pretty fast. The support is very helpfull and they hardly ever talk"techy talk" (answering emails in a way no one can understand)

They are more than helpful and seem to be small enough to actually remember who you are, which for a reseller there is no better feeling.

In 6 months have been down only once and that was for about 15 minutes. Myriad has done a good job managing the growth and so far I am still a very happy customer. WIth so many diffrent hosting companies out there, it's just a relief to find one that you at least have some faith in.

One question: how do you monitor uptime?

Thats a good question, I am subscribed to one of those services that email you a report every month but I dont really pay attention to that. Between me and all my clients there was one time that I nor them could access the sites.

Glad to hear you're happy with Myriad Networks, mind if I ask what website you have hosted with them?
