Hey, all.

I've got a client that wants a proposal, including recommended web hosts, by noon tomorrow. I've been searching for several hours now, and I have it down to two. My client needs unlimited email addresses (not aliases), statistics, and an internal site search engine.

So far, I have it down to CentralInfo and MM Hosting. They both offer what my client is looking for, and the price range they're wanting to spend per month (<$50).

Unfortunately, they also don't seem to have any reviews of them anywhere. I've tried rateahost, hostsearch, and this site's reviews.

Has anyone had any experiences with them? I'm looking for uptime, customer service, hidden charges, extension and file support issues...the like. If anyone could let me know what they think of either of these, it would make me feel a lot better in recommending either of them.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, and welcome aboard :)

If you do a search in this forum for CentralInfo, you'll turn up some reasonably good reviews. Unfortunately as far as I can tell, none of the forum members have had any experience with MM Hosting, though they're hosted on Dialtone Internet (which has good reliability and speed).

Good luck!

Thanks, BC. As soon as I posted, I started wondering if maybe I should have just searched the forums. I am sorry for that.

And thanks for that little bit of info on MM. I hadn't been able to find anything other than their own site, and I'm afraid I don't believe anything on any web host's own site any more. Champion hosting looked good too, until I started digging out reviews.

I guess I'll be going with CentralInfo then. From the looks of things, they're probably the best I'm going to find for what I'm needing, and that has positive reviews to back them up.

Thanks again.

Glad to be of assistance. The very best of luck! Feel free to pop by again some time in the future and tell us how it's all gone...
