It could (it will work for some). But the one thing you want to find out is what the bank is. It is an interesting concept - mainly they set everything up for you, give you General Power of Attorney and then they usually resign from the company.

As you can see, it is somewhat very iffy - this is why I have not suggested anything like this before.
