Okay I couldn't find anywhere else better to post this so here goes.
I have a domain and I'd like to get a script so people can register and it creates them an email account @mydomain.com how can I do this. There any free scripts out there that any of you know about? Thanks

Be very, very careful, else you'll end up being a source of spam!!! And when that happens you'll get your server disabled, and possibly even get fined. Doing what you want to do is not for the faint hearted ...

For someone to suggest one for you, you need to give more information than that. Information such as:
- shared or dedicated hosting?
- control Panel?
- SMTP/POP/IMap system used?
