I've done a search for Diginode but havent come up with a lot of info. Has anyone had any experience with their Virtudal Dedicated Servers. How is the peformance and uptime been? Also, how is the admin interface? Thank you...

Yes, this is an old topic, but it still applies.. :)

Anyone got any stories, comments etc?

In particular how are their unmanaged DSE accounts? No downtime etc?

What is the reverse DNS on your server? Can you change it?

How is support? I would ask them but so far I've emailed them on a Saturday evening just looking for info and still haven't got a response.

The record for Diginode's service has not been exactly stellar. I remember reading quite a few threads that are complaints (search the forum archive for those). Also, personally I have had a potential client who told me about the lack of support (more than 24 hours and no reply). I also checked out their servers (through that client) and found that their server is overloaded. (large swap usage, high average load).
