I'm looking for reliable Windows-based hosting for 2 domain names/sites. Space and bandwidth don't have to be huge, they don't have to be dirt cheap (20 or 30 bucks a month is fine) but they must have been in business for more than 1 year and run their own hardware, have decent customer support, a good reputation, etc.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I don't hear about a lot of reliable Windows/ASP hosts on these forums. ARE there any out there?

In particular, is there anyone out there who is really happy with their current host?

CrystalTech sure has good reputation. I had a dedicated with them some years ago and their support is fantastic.
