Bank Wire Transfer [TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE]

Their withdrahal method of Bank Wire Transfer is temporary unavailable. I sent them an email asking when it would be back and the answer told me that they don't know and asked me to withdraw my money using other methods.

The problem is that I'm not from the US, so it's the only method I can use(I could withdraw by cheque too, but my bank would probably charge a lot for me to get the money).

Anyone there knows when their wire transfer method will be back ?!?
Or have another suggestion for me ?!

I doubt anyone in here would know when wire transfer method will be back, if they can not give you answer to that.

Try to contact them and explain your situation, maybe they will be able to provide some solution for this problem for you.

I personally have never used stormpay.

Thats the first thing that happened when hostcharge went under :(

I have explained everything but they were unable to answer properly, I think they are holding the money at the moment.

Anyways, its time for us to think about other options :D

You are most probably right!

Perhaps Stormpay does not have enough money now,
so they want to hold merchants' money as long as
they could! :confused:

We'd better watch out Stormpay from now on!!

There are many alternatives to StormPay, although I would like to know more about the StormPay problem.

I do not mind to accept check from Stormpay, as long as they do not run our money away!

Have you have this problem in the past at all with stormpay?

NEVER. They've been really good. I am with them since last 10 months and it was a good experience.

Maybe a bit of an over reaction. Some new fed laws have just started and likely that they just want to make sure they are in compliance with the new laws.

Maybe, just maybe, this is a good sign and anyone not doing this temp suspension are in risk of being shut down by the US govt.


And on the money end, I asked for a good sized check, and it arrived the other day. So, no, I doubt this is a money issue.


I think they make more on JUST their auction listing upgrade fees, than many of the competitors make total.

Thank you luckyforlife for your reassuring comments. We have also been using StormPay for over 1 year now without any problems.
