I am interested in helping a webhosting company with answering tickets and other support requests from customers. I am willing to do this some time for free since I am interested in gaining more practical experience and knowledge about servers and hosting.

I'll not describe myself as a serverguru, but I do know some about servers and hosting. Even more I have been doing both scripting and programming for the last 4 years.
