I am new and I plan to start reselling.
So, do you think reselling plans is a good way to start as a reseller?
I mean I buy a plan with discount from my parent host when I have new clients. It seems cheaper and unlikely to lose too much money.
Also, if I become a reseller, can I post my clients question here?

That's why they call them 'reseller' plans :)
You could just buy what I did - a reseller plan from Voxtreme that lets me have as many clients as I want for a flat fee.
Works for me.

Thank you.
I do have some knowledge on computer and internet.
But I afraid that my clients will have some question I don't know.
Can I get help from my parent host?
or I should say will they help me?
As an example, the Votreme forum is quite active with resellers asking questions generated from their clients, and themselves.
I'll be guessing that most hosts supply some sort of forum, but I don't really know.
Good luck.

An alternative to the flat-fee based reselling is to only pay for accounts as you need them. That way you are not paying for unused space/bandwidth.
I am not downing the flat-fee concept, at all. I am merely offering an alternative suggestion. There are pros and cons to both types of reselling.
The main thing is to go with a good company. I think everyone here will pretty much agree with that.
Best of luck to you.
