CCNOW operates a similiar business model to 2Checkout. It does not provide a merchant account but rather is a 3PP-type service.
However, CCNOW's rates are quite a bit higher than 2CO. You are looking at a monthly fee of ~$10/month plus ~10% or more on each sale that you process.
In terms of the ability to accept PayPal through it - that is true... but you would be much better off with your own direct PayPal account due to the lower costs vs. using CCNOW for those types of transactions.
For an international merchant that may have difficulty obtaining PayPal, CCNOW might be a good option though. They have been in business for a number of years so they are definitely not a new kid on the block. (which is good)

Ccnow is definitely reliable.
The cons are that they accept only tangible items, their email
support is kind of slow, sometimes can take up to 3 or 4 days to reply your email. Their fees are a bit high, but they offer reliable systems to buyers and sellers.
They might freeze your account, but they do not frozen your funds --> you will get all your money back if they freeze your account.
I recommend CCnow.

Thanks Guys for your share.
now there are some question are coming in my mind.....
Web Hosting and Domain Registration Stuff can be done through CCNOW.COM or not?
Shoping cart type processing or subscription with CCNOW.com is possible?
Order process like order wizard (building up order/configure/member registration etc we do see on many hosting sites)
I am from the country Paypal does not accept.... so Using CCnow.com for this purpose is helpful. so is it possible for me to accept payments through 2 processors (1:- 2checkout.com for clients choosing credit card option and ccnow.com for members choosing Paypal option.
thanks for reply :)
