my latest problem is still the same, its with domainsite.
they don't return my emails.

i transferred to them my domain with the understanding all those normal domain features are included in their 6.99 price package.

but right now i dnt' have them..

what the best next step?

What features are they not providing btw?

all features are not there except the domain lock :(

Did you try calling them up as well?

Do you have e-mail filters/spam filter on? Maybe it got caught there.

Last time I contacted them they replied within 1 hour. They do post a phone number with support hours, I would give that a try at this point if its been 3 days.

It seems like only this is included in 6.99
