I have been working for a month on getting a webstore up and running. I signed up with HostOnce.com several weeks ago. I decided to go with them because the host I was using does not support ASP. I purchased an ASP webstore package that I really like. So far I have had bad luck with HostOnce. Last week my server was down the whole weekend. So far this weekend the server has been very slow. It takes 5 minutes just to upload one page. It takes five minutes just to change permissions using HostOnce's control panel. I did send them an email and got a response within an hour. They said that their people were working on it. In short it is very hard to construct a website waiting five minutes for each operation. I am willing to pay up to $30.00 USD per month to get a fast, reliable website that supports ASP. This is all that I can afford for now since I am just starting up. This is a side line for me. Please, can anyone recommend a host? I am in need of a good host. I would greatly appreciate any help.

Can't offer you much advice there, but I would recommend you consider changing from ASP to PHP, as PHP is much faster and ASP is a server drain.
