Support Technician
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring clients receive the very best support available.
- Assisting clients with technical difficulties.
- Displaying the most professional and helpful attitude possible.
- Resolving technical difficulties as soon as possible.
- Attempting any appropriate task issued.
Requirements:
- Experience with Cpanel and WHM.
- Professional attitude towards clients.
- Experience within general web hosting.
- Dedication to research answer to questions if need be.
Pay:
Payment will initialize as $1 per answered ticket and later advance to $1.50 and eventually a salary.
Sales Representative

- Attending to any security breaches promptly.
- Regularly scanning system vulnerability and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Improving server(s) owned/leased by the business in any way possible.
Requirements:
- Experience with Cpanel and WHM and Server Administration.
- Professional attitude.
- At least 2 years Experience.
Pay:
Payment will be on a contracted basis. Please make an offer.
