I have a personal paypal account but no credit card so i cant increase my spending limit after i spend 100$ !! so what do i do...?? Can I make multiple accounts and transfer funds around or is there any way to get verified OR increase limit of spending without a credit card. I live in India and they dont accpet Indian Checking accounts...any ideas?
