If i was to get an reseller account with plesk sa, would i then be able to setup reseller accounts, even though i only have a reseller account myself ?

I don't think so. You wouldn't be able to set up clients on the server and assign permissions to those clients, give them the ability to create domains, etc. Far as I can think. I don't see it working the way you want it to.

I don't think either Plesk or WHM/CPanel allow that as a reseller.

You cannot add your own "resellers" in PLESK.

Of course you could always resell reseller packages, though you wouldn't have any control over them ;)
