When searching for info from companies on ded hosting a lot of the same info comes up...I've been able to pick up alot but still need some clarification.

Is Cogent bandwith good or not good? A lot of packages have this offering at high bandwidth and then Tier 1 (UUNET...)at lower bandwidth at the same price. IS this the bandwidth that is offered on some 300gb ded. plans that i see.

Also what the is burstable bandwidth/95th percentile? and when i go dedicated do I want to get Tier 1 and also how should i be charged for bandwidth?:confused:
