MyAcen is VERY reliable..

(my friend has em, he gets 10 minute tech support responses, and he hasn't been experienced a down time for 8 months)

If I was picking I would choose either voxtreme or downtownhost.........

I don't think that he's looking for a Dedicated or complex hosting :rolleyes:

tera-byte.com is actually pretty good from what i hear. Prices are decent and non-cogent bandwidth (why do ppl make a fuss about cogent anyways)

Because when cogent bites the big one in a few months to a year they dont want to be on a host that built their entire network or pricing structure around cogent bandwidth.

Well I would recommend DownTownHost, before starting HostCulture, I had an account on their servers (which in fact is still there), and the only problems with my site were the coding errors I made :rolleyes: :D

For Otherground:
first I choose the four Host for the services and the price,
then I would like to make the final decision on the base of their reliability.

I have been with Tera-Byte.com for one year now, and had no problems with them. There uptime has been perfect.

They switched away from Raq's (for there major plans) and things haven't been better.

the new servers offer spam filters which really help kill the little spam I get.
