How long must a web page wait before it is issued a Page Rank by Google?

Its not a matter of waiting, you need to build a big enough link base to get listed.

200 links-PR1
500 links-PR2

Etc..


I think google does a PR update about once every 4 months, please correct me if im wrong.

It isn't just the number of links that determines PR. My site is a 6 (used to be a 7, grr) and doesn't have all that many
