Please excuse this post if the topic has been discussed recently. I am new here. It has become common knowledge that Ibill has not been paying their clients since September. Having had an account with them since 1998, I stayed with them for several months after they began experiencing problems, believing their commitment to get back on track. Finally, like most of their other clients, I moved to another processor after they failed to keep their promises or even accept phone calls regarding payouts. This article explains the series of events better than I can: http://www.newyorkdailytimes.com/home.htm?m=ibill They owe me nearly 20k and I'm probably one of their smaller accounts. Collectively, they certainly appear to have taken website owners for a tidy sum of money. I am trying to locate other people they owe money to and explore the possibility of filing a class action lawsuit.
Thanks,
Cheyenne

There are a few adult boards that have been speaking about it actually. Are you a member of those boards?

Please refer me to the boards where discussions concerning Ibill are taking place. That would be great.
Ibill was the first credit card processor of it's kind. They were definitly at the top of the business for many years. CCbill may have surpassed them before this trouble. Ibill had a net worth of over 200 million a few years ago. At one point they also had tremendous customer service. How they got to this point is a puzzle.
If anyone has information about other places where discussions concerning Ibill are being held or a class action suit that is already in progress, please share. Any information at all is greatly appreciated.

Can you contact me privately? I am not familiar with many discussion forums. Only since the situation with Ibill have I been out looking for avenues to contact other webmasters. I will say, this forum is very impressive. It is an excellent resource.

PaySat have no presence in the USA. Initial they had an "office" for the sole purpose of creating some credibility. As far as I can see PaySat is a bunch of shady character operating out of Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
Looking at the iBill fiasco it does shed some light on PaySat's activities. Obviously they have looked at iBill with envious eyes and started PaySat for the sole purpose of taking merchants for a ride. iBill operated for several years before embarking on their current stratergy. From day one PaySat have been intent on deception and theft.
Paysystems, iBill, PaySat - obviously the new business model for 3PP's steal as much as you can
