I tried to search for something like this, but hard it to narrow down a small list.

We will be offering reseller capability in the near future, and one of our clients is asking about having a contract between us and them. Something to define the responsibilities of each party.

So my question is, does anyone currently have a well defined contract with their resellers, one that is signed by both sides?

Just curious what everyone is doing out there. We never signed anything when we used to be resellers, for that much, I can't say that there was ever anything much defined beyond the fact that you bill and support your customers as a reseller.

A contract sounds a bit over the top for regular hosting.

Perhaps some extra paragraphs in your TOS would cover your clients needs.

I wondering if your client got his/her ISP to sign a contract for access to the internet?
