Do any of you use this product? Does anyone over there ever answer questions? Is the only method of support the forum that is stagnant? Are there any problems with the software?

I am very leery of having problems, and then not being able to get any support.

We used it and actually started installing it on a handful of our clients' web sites. Big mistake. When some of our clients reported certain bugs or functions that simply didn't work, I turned to the support forum (which is really their only venue for support) and never got a definitive answer. Plus the software wouldn't work correctly on two of our servers and we never got a resolution to that problem. So we quickly stopped using it.

It's a pity because the templates for it are nice, and the way you can generate flash intros and headers was easy. It's also cheap. However cheap doesn't always mean good quality or service. I'd stay far away from this software.
