If you happen to use the Webalizer from the cobalt aid site, the one where you access stats like domain.com/~stats/, check your stats and see if they are working.

Either the OS2 or the PHP 4.1.2 update updates the libpng to version 3, which is incompatible with the webalizer pkg from Cobalt aid.

Quick fix, get the old libraries at http://www.dlhoffman.com/publiclibrary/RPM/freshmeat/libpng/libpng-1.0.3-1.i386.html and make sure there is a pointer to them named libpng.so.2 in usr/lib. I forced them in on one machine, and just copied them to other machines.

I wonder what other surprises this update holds in store for me :)

Actually, a quicker fix would be to get this file from the Cobalt-Aid site.

Is that listed on http://cobalt-aid.sourceforge.net anywhere? I hunted around for a bit and couldn't find anything.

I have problem withe webalizer for a week now!!!
What i do it just dont make a ststs for some sites! and I dont have a fontpage on that site!

Stats of www.domain/stats are diffrebnt than www.domain/~stats.

I have OS 2.0 and php 4.1.2 installed on my rag4 and now I have this problem. whit the webalizer.

I have unistalled evrythig and reinstaled it woudent work, I instaled webalizer 1.3 but he woudent work anymore eaither!!

I am getting crazy here, so please help with a good instruction because I am a newbie:rolleyes:

Webalizer working again after update of PHP. :D

Only my Country Graphs are not working anymore because of the error if i run wealizer2.pl :
Error: Unable to open DNS cache file /home/log/reverse.dns

tried it with touch /home/log/reverse.dns but didn´t work out.

The file though exists. Size about 3MB

Any help in solving country graphs / reverse.dns file appreciated.

If you delete that file, it should be rebuilt. I deleted mine (I think I saw a note about it at pkgmaster, even though I loaded cobaltaide version). Now my stats are working fine again.

I installed it on 2 servers a raq3 and a raq4.
I got a /!\ both times, but it is listed in the installed software list.

Still some sites do work, others don't, i get stats in ~stats and /stats.
This webalizer is driving me totally nuts :mad:

domain.xx/~stats is the old one, and domain.xx/stats are the new stats, so thats normaal.

it always used to be /stats but i never even looked at ~stats.
Now on most sites ~stats work and /stats don't work.

Maybe i should try uninstalling webalizer and start all over ?

for raq 4 you need do this.

After the install of webalizer 2.01.6-1 i did

rm -f /home/sites/*/web/stats/webalizer.current
/etc/cron.daily/webalizer.


Then i installed the static webalizer logging etc.
Still /stats is stuck at 3 march and /~stats is up to date.

I see i missed the newest PHP, so i guess i install it and run webalizer, lets see what happens :)

This webalizer is getting to me:
Sat Mar 16 10:54:49 CET 2002 - Webalizer has already been run today.

btw the problems are the same on a raq3 (with php) and a raq4.
A third raq(3) is setup the same way as the other and has no problems :spiny:

I uninstalled both webalizer 1-3 and 2.0, and reinstalled 1.3.
Now it works, but only after i delete the webalizer.current file of each site every day, now i could make that a cron job to fix it, but maybe someone knows a more solid solution ?
