Some would have mixed views on this and consider it "soft" porn. I think this falls into the category of a personal decision on your part, as my personally view is girls posing in underwear is the same as girls posing in swimsuits, so long as it doesn't cross the fine line between legitimate advertising of a product and pure exploitation.

It would seem to me that what other hosts would or would not do should be of no consequence. The reason is that you have define pornographic as it applies to your hosting service. No one else can do that for you. Is a woman in underwear pornographic? How about if she is in her underwear but fondling herself? Or what about a pic of Michael Jackson grabbing himself on stage (remember that?). It is a tuff area to define and the US courts have been grapling with it for decades.

Again, it seems you have define the standard of 'taste' you will allow and then stick by it. I guess I have always had a problem with the whole 'what would you do' thing...... reason being, if we run a business (any business) part of our task during the formulation stages should be determining the morals and ethics we will operate under. Addressing something after the fact suggests to me that the issue was one that it was easier to issue a blanket disclaimer rather than determining where the line will be drawn.

Just my thoughts......... for whatever it is worth.

The site you gave as a sample was advertising:
14-18 Year Old WebCam Girls. High Quality Downloadable Pictures.

I would be very concerned about the age of the girls involved.

Hi,
We have accepted the site but will review it within seven days, if we find that it's unacceptable content we will terminate the contract.

We have now brought in policy that all sites we host will go under review within 1-2 weks of signing up.

Thanks for your help.

I would be wary of the "bait and switch" technique on this one. Reasonably sure that the content of their site will cross the "non-nude / nude" line in the near future. JMHO.

I'd consider that adult content, but as others have said the choice is up to you and you've accepted it so far. Think of yourself with kids, do you want your kids viewing that? And as for the 14-18 y.o. photos at the example site, if you had a daughter (which you may), would you want her putting those types of pics up on the web? The site, by the example given, is one of those hosting experiences from hades waiting to happen.
