Hi Everyone,

I've been in the business as reseller for more than 3 years now.

I want a good reseller service.

What I need is:
~ 8 GB Disk Space
~ 50 GB bandwidth
- PHP + MySQL
- cPanel or other admin panel (direct admin is ok)

And of course a good price :-) - I'm thinking about 15$/mo but I'm open to any good offer but only for good service and stable servers - I don't want sites suspended or anything like this... My customers don't use mass email or illegal stuff...

Thank you very much,
hostware :-)

Take a look in the shared and reseller hosting offers section down at the bottom.

That is a lot of disk space for the price you are looking for, but you may be able to find some great offers! :)

After you've found a few companies, try out the search tool and find a few reviews on them to make sure they are what you are looking for and have a great track record.

BTW, welcome to WHT :)

Try the WHT Host quote feature.
Also this website is great too: http://hostvoice.com/

If you can't find any, here are some suggestions:
http://www.gazzin.com (11GB, 110GB, $15.95)
http://varhosting.net (10GB, 100GB, $16.95)
http://resellerzoom.com (8GB, 80GB, $19.95)

Yep :) Hope this helps.

I had bad, bad experience with a reseller, I don't want to point fingers, which was just suspending some of my customers accounts for high CPU usage.

The sites were phpBB forums and PHPNuke.

I want straight from the beginning to get advice from you guys:
How can we define an abusive customer?
For instance, a customer with a community site, a forum or a php-nuke site, having 600 visitors per day is abusive?
What if the site has 2000 visits? What if it has 5000 visits?
Can we define from the beginning what is allowed and what not?

Nobody wants to loose customers. So I think it should be a good measure to say up front what are the limits.
There are limits of bandwith and diskspace.
Are other "hidden" limits for number of visits to a PHP+MySQL site?
Let's try to define these limits too, we don't want to loose business because of poor management and unfair advertisment of the reseller packages.
Let's try to be honest and say: we cannot host this or that.

Thank you
