Does anyone know of a freeware directory and links management ASP program that I can use to manage and categorize the links on my web page?

Aspin.com has some freeware directory applications listed.

Though, after looking at Xcdirectory ($99) you are deceiving yourself if you think you can get an equivalent program for free.
