I use phpadsnew and I have a client with a flash banner. It appears fine on my PC but its invidible on any other PC (except if I log in to the admin control panel then I can see the banner on any PC). When its thrown into the rotation its invisible. What could cause this?

I can see it fine. What do you mean by "thrown into the rotation"? How are you loading it into the web page? A little more info on that would really help.
