View Full Version : Are there too many polls?

Would you rather use a poll as a base of discussion; or do you think it's better to just talk?
Do you think polls are over used?
Would you like to see new polls (several a week)?
Do you wish this wasn't a poll?
Do you wish this was split into two polls?
Should polls be banned?
Should bans be polled?

hmmmm (thinking)

I think you should add an option in there asking if only polls from bahres should be banned :D.

i love polls, may be because i am 22 and my name doesn't appear in voters list of my city. :bawling:

I have missed all polls from counselors to national ones, so I love polls. ;)

Can I re-vote if that one is added? :D
Maybe I should post a poll and see if people think I should be able to re-vote or not?

Polls are good...
We get statistics...
That really helps... :)

Have a great day :)

Actually, I think any poll will do.
Maybe a poll on the usefullness of polls.

hmmm . . . . . nearly what this one is about.

But seriously, if the poll is about something informative that we can use the information, then I don't mind at all.

Need a limit of number of polls one person can post in a given period of time. Like, no more than 1 poll per week per person. Until the past few days, I always thought the number and nature of the polls was quite reasonable.

I like polls because you can have your say without getting bashed for it.

Polls are not fair to those people who do not respond to polls. All polls should have an option saying "I do not respond to polls". Then they would be more fair because everyone could respond.

This happens every few months. Someone will sign up, then find the poll button and abuse the option till they finally get told to stop it. bahres is just one in a long line of them that have come and gone.

Polls are a great way to collect information within a specific set of options. Sadly lately most of the topics have been lukewarm at best.

Yes, there are definitely too many polls. I came here like friday and there were like 15 right in my view, which is so not cool. Some polls are fine, like the sex poll was kinda funny, but others are just a lame attempt to get something, not sure what... can't be attention, or respect so I'm clueless.

Wow I just rambled a lot there.

That's quite funny and a contradiction.
