I am a small time web host who is turning in the towel. I've had enough. I want to move the domains I manage under a reseller account. Money is not necessarily an issue but as a host I know value too. I need some good recommendations

1. I need cPanel/WHM with Reseller privs. I would like to go without it but one customer in particular needs it without any doubt.

2. I need shell access. I don't mean jailshell. I mean shell.

3. I need a minimum of 2 gigs of space which leaves me room to grow.

4. I need a minimum of 20 gigs of bandwidth. I have one high traffic blog in particular I need to look out for.

I'm looking for the price range around $50-$65. I've already looked at hostrocket.com

Any recommendations. Good experience stories welcome.

With your price range you can easily get a very reliable solution from a reputable web host. You can check out http://www.bluewho.com or http://www.httpme.com However, why do you need SSH access? I would consider it a security risk for a host to give Full, not jailed, SSH access to a client.
