Anyone purchased a rack mounted server in the 2U range lately?

I'm pricing various vendors for a new server, basic specs I'm looking for are:
* 2U Size
* 35-50GB Hard Drive
* Dual Intel P3/P4/Xeon in the 1.0+ GHZ range
* 2GB - 4GB of RAM

I'd appreciate any references. This will go into our colo cage in Watertown, MA...
