I already know about http://www.helpcenterlive.com/ but i'm looking for other scripts. There are tons of them so I'm only looking for the ones you're currently using or have tried in the past. The only limitation of the free version is that you can only have one department ;). I got to say, when I was installing Cerberus the first time, it was pretty hard, that's the down side.
