it's simple, not much worth (or it's worth nothing), and probably not that great

there's some place on top for a logo, top buttons have hover effect....

I believe you mean hover...

"Hoover" is the name of a vacuum cleaner....so a "hoover" effect would mean they really suck.....j/k.

Nice start...just keep looking at as many designs as you can...see what people like and keep working at it. You will find you will improve a little bit with each one you do.
