Take a look at both RackShack or DV2/ Tranxactglobal.com

See the post by sailor in the special offers forum.

Why would you need 250 ips ?

Oops... I didn't see the IP requirement.

DV2/TranXact Global will give unlimited IP addresses with justification. If you will only need a few at a time, you'll have to request them as needed.

WOW, dunno on this one, but our provider charges us $99 per C class per month. Then there are the space rentals too..

I don't know if you can get that many IPs at Rackshack period, let alone under that pricing umbrella. Rackshack also only installs older RedHat 7.1. If you want anything else, like Debian or FreeBSD then steer clear of RackShack.

I'm not sure you got negative replies regarding RaQs per se. You asked which was better, a fast machine or a slower one. If it meets your needs, then it should be fine. There are however, some nifty deals on non-RaQs at the moment, which are certainly worth a lookie.

Dialtone have a 'March clearance' for $89 with 30GB bandwidth. 256M, 9GB SCSI and a 633Mhz Celeron processor. And most importantly, they offer unlimited IP's.

Not sure if I'm allowed to post a link here, but I'm sure you'll find it if you go to their site.

What really annoyed me about this offer is that last week, I took advantage of their $99 special with just 20GB bandwidth and a 566Mhz processor. If only I'd waited a few more days.
